The soil is chalky-clay with pebbles. An espalier training system is used. The vines are an average of 20 - 25 years old. Integrated viticulture with some irrigation. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

Tasting: Pale lemon yellow with greenish highlights. It is very intensely aromatic with a predominance of ripe white fruit like pear over a floral background. On the palate, it is approachable from the outset, with very well balanced acidity and a long finish.
