From the shape of long rods of the size of a thumb, they take their name from the proverbial and ironic greed of the priests. They go very well with a "Mari e Monti" dressing with pecorino, green beans and mussels or with broccoli and sausage. We also recommend pairing with the Genovese sauce and the Pescatora di Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Cooking time: 13-18 minutes.
