Originally from Liguria, this format of homemade pasta is traditionally served with pesto, seasonal green beans and potatoes, or with cherry tomatoes, courgettes and Parmigiano Reggiano or asparagus and ham. They also combine well with Tomato and Basil from organic cultivation or with Genovese Rustichella d'Abruzzo. Cooking time: 10-12 minutes.
