The Calicata Rustichella d'Abruzzo takes its name from the similarity with the "rings" of Calamari. We produce it on Saturday because the drying process must last 40 hours. The classic recipe is based on seafood with a touch of INTOSSO PrimoGrano Rustico Olio from Abruzzo and parsley. We suggest the pairing with the Vongole alla Marinara or the Napicholitan sauce of Rustichella d'Abruzzo accompanied by a touch of Olio Evo Rustichella d'Abruzzo flavored with Chili Pepper.
