Mimolette is a cheese produced in the Lille region in north-eastern France since the 17th century. It is uncooked pressed cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk. The orange color typical of this cheese comes from the “Annatto”, a reddish-yellow dye, derived from carotene.
Raw Material: Pasteurized cow milk
Tasting: Sweet with delicate and not too intense aromas, despite the fact that it is a semi-mature cheese
