The Iberico Salchichón Extra de Cebo cular is made with meat from Iberian pigs from Guijuelo, fed with natural feed and raised in our own pastures, quiet places where pigs can walk freely so that the meat is as tasty as expected.

It follows a traditional Julián Martín process, made with carefully selected Iberian pork lean, combined with pepper, garlic and natural spices, later stuffed in natural casings.

To get the incredible flavor of this Iberian sausage, they undergo an artisanal curing process in our drying rooms and natural cellars, for at least 4 months.
