DESCRIPTION: This cut is located at the end of the loin of the Iberian pig. Presa meat is tasty and tender, with a considerable content of infiltrated fat. It is versatile and easy to handle in the kitchen, as well as spectacular on the table.

Montenevado’s 100% Iberico Natural range-fed pigs are raised on a diet of acorns, grass and cereals in their own meadows in the southwest region of Spain during twice the minimum recommended time stipulated in the “Iberico Regulation (2014)”.
