Its name comes from ingredients used in its treatment which are as rare as they are precious. Truffle and saffron were considered, not by chance, firstly the food of kings, and secondly of the gods. For this cheese, truffle and saffron are skillfully merged; the result is a symphony of scents and colours.
It is a whole cow’s milk, matured for 90 days with wheels of 2.5kgs.
It has a soft dough, whose color, produced by the saffron, is deep, warm and sunny. Truffles give it its unique taste and allow it to transmit the idea of elegancy and regality.
