From way back in 1863, year of birth of our company Prunotto grow plums.
The fertile land of Alba and the Langhe hills are particularly suited to this culture.
The best plums that we collect at the right point of ripeness are processed within few hours, adding the syrup made of natural precious Moscato Grappa which is obtained by a slow distillation of grapes likely to become Moscato d’Asti.
The result is a product preserved with the same characteristics associated with freshness, but with thetaste and flavor of the delicate Moscato grappa that enhances the taste.
They are great to taste the natural, or simply opening the jar to make delicious desserts, and ice cream. The syrup is good to drink!
