Originally from Sicily, this format of artisanal pasta in the form of small rings is prepared as Timballo “alla Palermitana” (one of the typical Sicilian dishes) or in chicken broth or with butter and cheese. In the Abruzzese tradition instead, the Anelletti are cooked "alla Mugnaia" with Passata di Pomodoro in Pera d'Abruzzo PrimoGrano Rustichella, sheep ricotta, aubergines, courgettes, peppers and Pecorino di Farindola. Cooking time: 12-14 minutes.
