Ready sauce prepared by slow boiling of tomato pulp, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis), carrots, onion and extra virgin olive oil from the Aprutino Pescarese area. Particularly suitable for pairing with Fettuccine, Spaghettone and Tortiglioni Rustichella d'Abruzzo. To be consumed at room temperature or slightly heated over a low heat. Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 3-4 days. Quantity for 2-3 people.
