The smell is intense, the taste is sour with shade of wild flowers, grass and mustard. Saporoso is obtained from juice of grape Lambrusco Grasparossa and grape Trebbiano Modenese.
The density it syrupy, the colour is deep brown and limpid.
Suitable on all type of vegetables (fresh, cooked and grilled), on roast meat and game, a product for everyday.
