In the Jacquin family, goat's cheese is a passion that has lasted for nearly 70 years. Not only affinage but also production of goat's cheeses with the milk of Saanen and Alpina races. The milk comes from 50 farms located within a 40 km radius from La Vernelle. The two features which characterize Fromagerie Jacquin are the great passion and the attention during the production.
