Created as a tonic-digestive, Vecchio Amaro del Capo has been produced by four successive generations of the Caffo family. It is made with 29 herbs, flowers, fruits and roots, including bitter orange and sweet orange peel, liquorice, mandarin, camomile and juniper infused in alcohol.
Tasting: Bitter quinine with balancing syrupy sweetness. Orange zest, piney juniper, violet, strong clove and black pepper.
