Larger than the classic size (6 cm long and 1.8 cm wide), the Fusilloni Rustichella d'Abruzzo are cooked by the chefs Arcangelo Dandini (L'Arcangelo Restaurant, Rome) and Pasquale Torrente (Al Convento Restaurant, Cetara) in their special four-handed recipe "Gricia a Mare", with crispy bacon and prawns. We suggest pairing with full-bodied sauces like the red one with the Sausage or the Porcini Mushrooms Rustichella d'Abruzzo, accompanied by a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil INTOSSO PrimoGrano Rustichella. Cooking time: 13-15 minutes.
