Bomba rice is produced in the “albufera de Valencia”, one of the richest and most beautiful natural ecosystems in Spain. The three villages of Sollana, Silla and Sueca lie close to this brilliant freshwater lagoon, and locally produce this unique bomba rice following only traditional methods. The “Arroz Bomba” is a unique variety of rice, with a rounded, short grain that increments three times in size when cooked. This rice will keep all the aromas and subtetlies of the dish, while preventing it from sticking. Thanks to what has been called as the “accordion effect”, we guarantee that grains will remain loose, soft and appealing.
