Italian green sauce is a typical Piedmontese ready-to-use sauce to pair with grilled meats, mixed boiled meats, tomini cheeses and anchovies. In Piedmontese dialect it is called "Bagnet verd", but in Italy it is known as the Green Sauce. The name comes from the color of the parsley, the main ingredient of this sauce. It does not contain garlic. Available in glass jars of 110 gr.
