The Señorio de Montanera Iberico Salchichon is made with lean ham and Shoulder Cuts and other carefully selected lean extras from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs.
Both ground black pepper and whole peppercorns, as well as grated nutmeg, stand out in the seasoning. The proportions of the different ingredients were chosen from the best traditional artisan-cured meats in local slaughtering traditions, and kept as one of the main treasures of Señorio de Montanera
